We have a simple 3 step process to follow to apply for residence at one of our homes.
Step 1 - Application
Complete our online application and submit the processing fee. Applications are reviewed periodically. If approved, you will be sent a link for credit and background checks.
Note - Submitting the application and payment does not guarantee you will be approved for a lease.
Step 2 - Credit and Background Check
Enter the required information for a third party service to complete a credit and background check. Please note, that you must have a credit score of greater than 600 and no previous evictions. If approved, you will be contacted to schedule an in person meeting.
Step 3 - Sign Lease Agreement (In Person)
If the application, background, and credit checks are all approved, then the landlord will schedule an in person meeting with you to review all information and finalize the lease agreement.
